Part of expanding our outreach relies on the bridges we build across multiple professions. Here are some career opportunities that might interest you or your friends. These opportunities have the potential to expose you to other professionals and work collaboratively with them to enhance each other's skill-set.
I. Voice-actor/actress: Ideal candidates would need to be fluent speakers of both the Amharic and English languages. Reach out for more information.
II. Puppet costume designer: Ideal candidates will need to present an art portfolio that shows any recent work. Culturally infused and original designs are preferred.
III. Children's Poet: Ideal candidates are required to present a sample of their work. Preferred themes include, but are not limited to, topics about children, young-adults, family, education, friendship, unity, diversity and tolerance.
IV. Translator/ Linguist: Ideal candidates will need to be fluent in one or more of the following languages; Amharic, Swahili, Arabic, Tigrigna, Afaan Oromo, or Guragigna. The ability to understand context in a text and precisely translate is highly preferred.
